The survey covers fiscal years ending in 2022.
All entities subject to the filing requirements must submit the survey, even if they have not been contacted by the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA).
Those that would normally file the annual BE-15 survey will instead file the benchmark survey for the year 2022.
